Buying your Pawira product should be fast and easy.
All items listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. If a product ever becomes temporarily unavailable, it will be clearly marked as such on the product page. For any questions about availability or shipping times, you’re always welcome to contact us at info@pawira.com.

Taxes, Customs and Brokerage
You will not be charged any taxes or fees during checkout unless you are located in Canada. Canadian orders include applicable taxes at checkout.
For international orders, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes—the price you see at checkout is the final amount.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses.
Change of Address & Order Cancellation
We are unable to update the shipping address & accept order cancellations after delivery. Kindly inform us at info@pawira.com within 3-4 hours of placing your order if you wish to update the shipping address or cancel the order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@pawira.com within 48 hours for assistance. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes.
