30-day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Condition
New-in-box products can be returned and refunded (see below for exclusions). Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. You must take photos of all items you wish to return and email them to us within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address. Please ensure the items are securely packaged.
Orders in transit are not eligible for cancellation. If you no longer want your order after it has shipped, you may return it once it arrives by following our standard return process above.
Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are in new-in-box condition, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Note: Any additional expenses incurred during the return process (customs fees, brokerage fees, import taxes, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Return/refund requests after the 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and the return address via email will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Hygiene and Safety Exceptions
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used with water, food, or other consumables once opened or filled. These products are considered non-returnable due to hygiene regulations, even if they are within the 30-day return window.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
